Returns & Exchanges

At Colored Organics, we want you and your little ones to love every piece. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for a printer-free drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a similar mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
